Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property details, requirements and correspondence. We use this information to respond, discuss properties, coordinate requested services and maintain brokerage records. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account information, passwords or other sensitive documents through a general enquiry.

Website forms and calculators

The About-page contact form sends your name, email address and message to Hussein when you select “Send your message.” It uses a necessary session cookie and security token, an automated spam check and limited request records based on a hashed network address to help prevent abuse. Other public enquiry forms prepare an email draft in your email application; preparing a draft does not send it, and you review and send it yourself. Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not submitted to Investa by the calculator. If you choose “Discuss this scenario,” the figures are copied into the enquiry message and become part of correspondence only if you send it. Your email provider handles drafts and messages under its own terms.

Technical information and third-party services

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and protect the website. Embedded Google Maps may connect to Google when the relevant page loads and may use cookies or other identifiers under Google’s privacy policy. External websites, downloadable documents and your email application may have their own privacy practices. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although embedded services may not function fully.

The current public website does not include advertising or audience-analytics tracking scripts. Investa does not sell contact information or share it for targeted advertising. We use enquiry information for brokerage enquiries and individual correspondence; sending an enquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

When information may be shared

Information may be handled by hosting, email and CRM providers supporting our operations; by parties involved in a property enquiry or transaction as needed to carry out your request; and by professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We seek to limit information to what is appropriate for that purpose.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the enquiry or brokerage relationship, applicable recordkeeping requirements and legitimate legal or security needs. Retention can vary by record type. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed secure. Verify any payment or wire instructions using independently verified contact details.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about information you supplied, request access or correction, or request deletion, subject to applicable law and required record retention. You may also ask us to stop optional correspondence. Contact contact@investa.us with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records; do not email identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, including portability or opt-outs, you may request those through the same address. If we decline a request, you may ask for review by replying with “Privacy appeal”; we will explain the outcome and any further complaint options required by applicable law. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General.

Children and updates

This website is intended for adults seeking real estate services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal information, please contact us. We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website or practices, with the effective date shown above.
